Wow, thats very nice.. one thing though, I had a fiber images CF hood on my last car *cough* civic *cough* and it dident last long before it developed a rough and pitted surface.. Just wondering if most of there products do that.. because I would REALLY love to get that TII CF Hood.

I know from talking to others that they used to have an issue, but that is since been corrected, as we have had them for many cars with no problems.

That hood is made by atihun and was available in the group buy section. You can still get them.

The front bumper was a custom job made by rotary extreme a few years back. It was built off an FD bumper using the FD corners. The bumper itself was around $500 and the corners were an additional $300 or so. He made around 10 and then quite production, so you cannot get them anymore unless you find someone who is selling one used.

We sold the N/A hoods for 2 years, and the people that said "I'm sold" didn't buy them (sold 15 over 2 years), so it is doubtful I will spend the money again to make them for people to not buy them again. Sorry amigo's.

guarentee around here is a joke. Ask dozens of guys who moded up some great stuff only to have 9 ot 10 guarentee's drop off. I say cash on the wood makes the game good.

Dave: received my rad cover yesterday - looks great. Do I have to trim out more for the s5 release?

Yes the rad covers are a bit big to cover all different models.

If someone wants to handle setting up a group buy on them, that's their prerogative. Get me a hood design, and 10 people paid and we can go from there.

HAHA you wish. The cost to make a mold just for ONE hood PLUS the cost to buy the original hood wouldnt be worth it for someone to produce. You would probably be better off buying the authentic one.

you want it you got it....i make the hood from an NA mold then custom make it from there. I do it with different materials now than i use to that make it much quicker. I used to use urethane foam which needed sanding, then galssing then sanding again and it was never perfect and pulled the glass, but balsa is an easy cut and very smooth and quick to get the shape I want and it is very fiberglass friendly. Either way this is Fc3s.orgs thread on his hood and his quality looks well worth the price, but as for now I will do anything custom for 550, even for a 1 shotter.

The price appears to be less until the end of the month. Their store says $549 until the end of June. WOOT!
