Pics of my project....

Well, here's the current pictures of my nightmare also known as a 89 GXL. Anybody else have some other ideas on what other emissions/etc crap to remove? I'm working on removing the power steering (might actually leave it on for now) Any other ideas? So far I noticed a leak in one of my oil lines (doh) But hopefully that can be replaced easily. No more AC/charcoal canister, and a few other varius small things. Any other ideas?

So far so good, I got the pedals all swapped out and the master cylinder in with the line to the slave cylinder, i just need an engine now to put the tranny in with. I'm starting to think my driveshaft isn't an automatic, but I'll have to verify that. I also need to fix that damn oil leak

I'm not really sure what the hell that fan does, it was mounted right infront of my AC condensor before I tore it out and threw it away, but it looks like it will serve some function so I'm going to leave it there and rig it up so it turns on when the car is running. I'm hopefully going to swap out radiators and use a electric fan on it, but that's in the future. First i need an engine!

Dude, pull the windshield washer fluid resivour. Just use Rain-X, and bugs won't stick! All of that weighs like 10 lbs. I did it in about 10 minutes. Only thing is, the stupid "Washer" light on the idiot cluster won't ever go off!

Sadly I can't remove it, around here they salt the roads a ton due to the tremendous winters we get, so driving around gets salt ALL over the vehicle, I have to have wiper fluid to get that off, and rainx doesnt do the trick with salt

does anybody know what that oil line is called in the 4th picture? It runs right infront of the oil cooler and does a loop on the passanger side and then returns back to the drivers side.

I wasn't aware there was a power steering cooler, is it safe to remove it if I'm removing the pump/etc and capping it all off? I'll be leaving the rack full of fluid however.

Well, I'll hopefully have an engine within a month, lets see if fc3s can get me one quickly! Then is when my questions will start pouring out!
