How do you get that outside door weather stripping off? I can't get those plastic clips to let go. I'm sure there's a trick, but I've already broke one of them. What's the secret?

i thought the clips were visible from the inside of the door shell, take off your panel and check it out

 

I figured it out ... gotta kinda push the strip forward, and then lift up. They're like $38 each from Mazdatrix - screw that. I'm going to grind 'em down and put new moulding tape on them.
