does DFW not have any emissions requirement? Only reason I ask is for the next year at least I'll have to live with emissions, and I think the greddy kit doesn't allow the fitment of the airpump. I guess When emissions came I could go back to top mount...but that would NOT be fun. :sigh: .... this is for the EPA _|_ _|_

ok, so how is it that you can get a pipe for the IC to get down in there, but you cant have one for a CAI? where did you run the pipe through and how thick is it? i seriously want to make myself a CAI, but i was under the impression that you have to cut away at the body....did you alter anything?

i'm pretty sure that the install does require some cutting of the car like what a CAI would use. i haven't done it myself, so i am not positive on how much cutting is required.

Yes we do have emissions in Dallas But I took my car in 2 months ago and got that taken care of already...so I am good to go for atleast a year.

The intercooler install was done by Don Marvel of www.marvelspeed.com and from what he explained a few things had to be relocated, holes cut and the bumper trimmed...As you can see I no longer have fog lights

I noticed a nice increase in speed from this bad boy! Unfortunetly the BOV I have was a kit made for a Stock RX7 fc3s so I had no flange to mount it on the intercooler pipe. I am selling the HKS and getting a different one this week.

get that bad boy to the track at 14 pounds with some drag radials now! Heh you have virtually the same setup I plan on having eventually minus a nice hybrid turbo upgrade. If I can pull mid 12's all day long I'll be the happiest man in the world.

lol just read your entire mod list. Sounds perfect to me. Keep us updated and the best of luck!

Looks nice, but id get some body colored couplers. The couplers and seeing the pipes on the sides are the only things I dont like about the kit.
