pics - easy to find? - stripped screws on brake rotors

I knew this was going to happen, so now I have to drill these screws out. These screws are softer than butter.

What size are these? Probably have to pull the brake rotor & head down to the local hardware and/or autoparts store to find the metric size.

Opps, I figured out why this keeps happening. Just because your using the right size screwdriver bit doesn't mean it's the correct one

I used an impact screwdriver to get them out when it started to strip. I probably should have used one in the first place.
