Just posting this pics to show people the actual difference between S5 injectors and S4 low impedance.

The Harness plus is a Series 4 High impedance plug.
You can tell from the square shape with an offset notch.

The S4 low Imp injector is the square one with the notch in the middle.

The S5 plugs are all high impoedance and are oval with a middle notch.

My S4 high imp plug notch is offset like the harness plug.

 

Oh yeah.
These are 550cc TII injectors.

Not all s4 are low impedence though. I have high impedence and mine look like the s4 injectors

Proof would be that the pic is of a S4 TII harness which is high.

Most 86-87's are low and 88's are usually high.
I didn;t have a High imp S4 plug out at the time of this pic.

 

yeah cars made after a certain date were high impedence...forget what cars with what numbers on the vin get high though. Wish I had low though. Got me some of the gsl-se injectors and got to put those resister packs in them or w/e .
