They will fit and work and everything? One thing that might be a problem is that the ones no the car now are chrome and I want to paint the wheels black/gunmetal still don't know yet what color. What do I have to do to get the lug nuts to match the color of the wheels?

 

Paint them or buy painted ones. Honestly the paint is going to chip off from you torquing them down. Just get some silver ones and call it a day *shrug*

Thats a good deal I got mine for about 315 shipped with no tires. Most lugnuts are a universal shape. You would run into problems with european imports. The only thing I would even think about is the locking nuts. If you have the key, no problem. Otherwise drox is right you can use your current lug nuts.
