Low Idle, BAC doesnt Respond...

Did a search on this topic and seems that people only have High Idle problems, not low..I did as the FSM says and jumpered the T-connector by the battery. I turn the screw in the BAC and NADA, ZIP, ZILCH, Nuttin.....

Should I adjust the screw on the back of the intake with the locknut around it?

Thanks in Advance for any responses..

I don't know much about the Tii's, but have you checked the BAC valve itself yet?
