PD Washer placement

I can't remember where the washer goes by the pulsation dampner. Theres the rail...the feed tube deal, the PD...i put the washer between the rail and the feed tube...is that where it goes? Thanks.

Err. there should be like two of them
one between the fuel rail and one on the other side of the 'feed tube' thingy in-between it and the PD.

yes you can reuse them, just clean them and make sure they don't have any obvious imperfections..

However I bought 3 new ones for all of about 50c at my local hardware store.
