Painting my FC 1987
I'm painting my FC but i still don't know what color to paint it. So far i have almost finished sanding and prepping the thing and within the next 2 days i will need to decide on what color i want to paint it. Right now I'm looking at something simple like a shade of black or maybe even some shade of orange. But i want something original at the same time i want it too look nice not retarded. Please don't suggest pink Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm partial to the factory black myself, although it is a pain to keep clean. But when it is, it looks amazing. White is also a great color. I guess I'm a sucker for the factory colors.

my favorite factory color is the s4 grey, i don't remember the name or the code, but its a nice color
also i have two red gtu's and i love red fc's
blacks super nice, but any kind of dent ding or scratch will show through, and its a bitch to keep clean

reds the best but if you dont take care of it it looks the worst and is hard to match. black always safe, white always looks clean. Flat blacks just straight up gangster. but i would go with fuscia or maroon. ;]

only thing about black is it's very unforgiving as far as showing imperfections, other than that it looks great. A really dark gunmetal would look really good and somewhat unique red, white and black FCs are everywhere

army green would be sweet. Flat black is super sexy. I don't think you'll pick up as many girly girls with a flat black car. They tend to like shiney things. ;]

My FC's Tornado Silver Metallic, and I think it's the best color for an FC honestly. And if you're keeping the black rubs, it goes good together. I've got a black T2 hood on mine and it kinda goes together good. Of course when I get the car painted, it's all gonna be one color. Here's mine for persuasion...
and these are before the new hood
not mine... but still tornado silver

Silver? Black? Come on people! Every car in the world is silver, white or black.
How about metallic lime green?
Bright yellow with gold flakes?
Deep metallic blue, and the build up multiple candy purple coates?
Metallic orange with root-beer candy?
Metallic pink!
Chrome paint, highly polished
Satin blue
Black with blue candy and metal flecks
White, with glow in the dark clear coat
Bare metal, polished and cleared
Deep metallic copper
Gunmetal with a green candy

GT3 RS lime green... I dare you to do it!
Honestly, I think it would look pretty badass with a flat black T2 hood and flat black touring wing, but you need about 300+ RWHP to back a color like that up. I'd probably go with a either the new Mazda OEM copper or blue metallics. Both would be sweet on an FC, and honsetly how many cars can pull off copper?
