Our FC3S wont run Properly

First of all we got this car in unknown condition, the car was parked 7 years ago by its previous owner and he said it was running but after sitting 7 years its unknown the condition now.

This was our first start of it

We drained the tank and put in all new fresh gas

Unfortunately the owner put the positive terminal onto the new batteries negative post, caused a minor spark but im not sure if it had any negative effect.

We searched for any sign of a blown fuse but found nothing, however when we tried to fire up the car finally it strangely wouldn't run, it would fire up strong then immediately die.

I'm not sure if its normal but every warning light on the dash is on except brakes when the car is in the "on" position right before we crank it.

After trying to start the car a million times it started to idle just a bit but even then not well, we couldnt rev it barely at all.

My worry is maybe he fried the ECU or something when hooking it up backwards.

please watch the clip below, Any help/input is greatly appreciated.

During the video you'll also hear a ticking noise i found coming from the BACV and a sizzling noise coming from i have no clue and the car giving off some beeping noise inside the cabin.

Additionally i try to demonstrate the cut hoses

We pulled the plugs and this is how they looked, stunk like gas

You have a vacuum leak a big one. Also the MAF probably isnt working properly. Checking plugs is an old school way of checking the engine but in reality it doesnt tell you much.

I think the compression may be decent it starts up ok, thats an indicator of decent compression

You should have replaced the fuel sock on the fuel pump as it can easily clog over the course of sitting idle for seven years.

The idiot lights should illuminate w/key to on and engine not running and then w/the engine running the lights should turn off.

You might want to try deflooding the engine. Disable the fuel pump and spray one to two seconds of starter fluid into the air intake and let the car start up and then it will die. Try this two times then plug the fuel pump back in and try to start the car the normal way.

We searched for a vacuum leak for a while spraying Quick Start with no luck

If you have any opinions on how we can find the vacuum leak please let me know

Heres a look at some of the wires and vacuum lines we dont know where their suppose to run. any input is appreciated.

We then did a compression test, the front housing showed stronger then the rear, tho both seemed okish

Sorry for all the videos :S

this is an S4 you can tell from the thermostat housing and the upper intake manifold.

OP - why did you create 2 threads about the same car?

check and make sure the flap in your maf is not stuck, and maybe do a resistance test on it if not. this sounds like it would be a maf or a vacuum issue
