And one more question...

I have my upper maniflod/TB off right now (see my post "more brave than smart"). I have the gaskets to do the lower maniflold to block & the O-rings also. Should I even mess with pulling the lower intake? Is it more trouble than it's worth?

I'd say go for it if you have the gasket. You might as well do it so you don't end up having to do down the road if the old gasket goes. Its just a few more bolts. Of course I've only done this on my 90NA, but I'd assume its a pretty similar procedure.

If it is'nt leaking now, I'd probably not mess with it. It works. The problem is the two o'rings during reassy. Not a big problem, but a possible problem if they get pinched etc during reassy and then you do not find that out until everything is put together. Either way is fine. No risk, is leaving it alone.
