Where did you mount the tank? Ive seen photo's of FC vert's having it mounted in the trunk which seemd fine but i dont have a vert, would mounting it inside be ok? or do i have to make a place under the car to mount it?

Oxy-acetylene would work better, wouldn't it, lol?

 

I thought propane could only be used with diesel engines? Isn't it like the "NOS" for diesels?

Personally, I wouldn't trust it in the passenger compartment, but the guy is still alive if that means anything....

 

Thats what im trying to avoid. i was looking at just mounting a small 2.5gal one horizontaly in the back of the car but i would really like to get it outside of the car

Ive seen 'industrial' tanks that are designed to mount next to a frame rail in a big truck or something of the sorts, but they are $400+, little more than i want to spend

Look's like it will be one of thoes 'cut and weld' deals


And as for the people who are asking about propane injection, i dont have my bookmark's handy, however go to www.boardreader.com and do a search for propane injection, you would be suprised as to what you find
