Alright, so I have all the requires o-rings, and I'm trying to re-assemble the OMP, but now I'm not precisely sure of the exact sequence things need to be in.

Here's what I have gathered


The end cover with the tab welded on it goes onto the end farthest from the lever. The spring/shaft combo sits on the side closest to the lever?

I feel like something is horridly wrong.


The diagram I'm trying to use is

but for some reason, I can't seem to put it all back together right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Install the parts in the end where the yellow line is.

Reverse the stack of parts outlined in Green.

In the second jpg, you might have to install XXX as the second item, instead of what I listed as number 2.

Come to think of it, you might install the handle after you do number one, or at least prior to putting the Fwd cover on the thing. It's been a while.

 

Alright, thanks. Just to make sure, is the this the correct sequence? Oil Injection isn't something I'd like to mess up..



and the two tabs on the plate under the cover, do those go towards the handle side, or towards the [engine] front cover side?
