OMP line routing

OMP line routing
See the picture with the tube going to Oil Injection nozzle with #4 written on it. Can anyone tell me if the tube routing looks correct? I forgot to take a picture there before teardown and it looks too high above the engine?? I fiddled with it but it wants to lay high and sorta interferes with the fuel hose (not in on picture). Thanks (90 NA vert).

Are you sure the line is attached to the right outlet on the pump? Is it supposed to be attached to the lower outlet and you have it attached to the upper and that's why it's sitting a little high?

I don't have a complete keg to lay it on, but you should be able to see from the pictures. OG lines hold all the bends, so you literally just place it on top of the keg. Use your old ones as a guide. Were your old lines broken?
Edit: these are for s4 t2. I just realized you were s5 na. You might want to make sure they are the same.

tuscanidream, I think your lines are from an S4 so they are a little different from the S5. My dumbass removed the lines before removing the OMP. Wish I would've thought of removing it as an assembly.
Thanks dwb87! Boy that's clean!
I thought of another question? How do you prime these? If you break in the engine how does the apex seals get lubricated at low rpms? If memeory serves, I think the OMP doesn't pump until 2000 rpm, or something like that.

That's not a picture of my engine above. ^
Unplug the leading coil and temporarily remove the spark plug wires. Crank three times, ten seconds at a time. This will prime the oil system. Be sure to verify that you have oil pressure.
