WI omitting the pulsation dampener

I am not replacing my fpd, just doing away with it.

Is there a kit or vendor that sells just the banjo bolt, crush washers, and fuel pipe for omitting the fpd? is the only option buying used parts?

I replaced my FPD with a banjo bolt from a Mitsubishi fuel filter at a salvage yard. I don't recall the model of car though, but it should be a common Mitsu item. The crush washers are available at most parts stores, either copper or aluminum.
