okay this is confusing

Well like i said the other day, the rx7 is running, but i only had it running for a couple mins. I had to replace the coolant pressure cap for the radiator. Well i put it on today, and tried to start it (didnt start) and thought it was just over flooded like always for my car. so i look around, and see that theres coolant leaking. between the irons and the housings. I opened up the new cap and it was pressureised. What to you guys think. i did the tension bolts for the motor EXACT to the stock spec. what do i do?? I made sure all my seal were in right. god i hate being confused.

Sounds like it was pressurized and created a leak becuase of too much pressure. Might have had a seal or something that was weak and once it was pressurized it couldn't hold. Might be a small leak, might be why there's still pressure?

That or it's leaking from somewhere else and it just looks that way, though that's not as likely.
