Oil seals gone?

Im not sure if its gone or not, But now, every day i start my car when its cold, it starts to shoot out tons of smoke, it has a blueish tint, so its oil comming out. It was like that before, but Before it used to only smoke like that if i havn't drove it for a few weeks.

Today i gave it an oil change, castrol 20w50, to see if it'll help. but it got worst. now the smoke wont go away, even when motors warm. The only way to fix this is a rebuild right? is there a temporaly fix? such as the stp stop smoke? btw cars an 91 n/a

If the engine has high mileage, it sounds like it's time for a rebuild. It does sound like an oil control problem and there's no easy fix. It could also be a bad metering pump, so you may want to rule that out first.

It should go away after a min. Mine does this too, not that heavy though, but goes away. After having three rotary vehicles I consider it normol. If it doesn't go away then there's a problem

i don't know if this has anything to do with oil seals, but my oil pressire guage reads past 60 when moving, and then goes to 55 at idle, so its still pretty high.

If it is oil burning, and it's due to the oil control rings, then you need a rebuild to fix this.
Adding any of that STOP-OIL-BURNING crap will not work.
