Question oil pressure gauge, check engine light, parking brake light

I finally got an rx-7, and I love it . It's this one:
https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=535155
It looks even better in real life.

Anyway, I must be brief.

I have a few minor problems
The oil pressure gauge doesn't work. Is there an easy way to fix this, or should I get an aftermarket gauge?

The check engine light come one after about 15 minutes of driving and the parking brake stays on even though it's completely disengaged.

the previous owner says it's been like this for a while and that it's not a problem, and I agree. I drove it about 160 miles home without any problems (besides some heavy rain), but I thought I'd ask any way, in case I should be worrying and try to fix these issues. I think it may just be minor electrical glitches
gotta go

My oil pressure gauge would sometimes work and sometimes wouldnt work. Check the actual connection between the wire and the sender (Its right next to the rear rotor spark plug) mine had tons of grease and crud on the connector and the wire, Cleaning em off might do the trick, It worked for me.

The most common cause is the wire falling off the sensor or having a dirty connection. Make sure the connector is clean and securely clipped on.

The ECU will have stored an error code corresponding to whatever problem triggered the light. Read this to retrieve and interpret the code.

That's warning you of low brake fluid. Fix that immediately.

ok, i looked for the oil pressure sender, and I think i found it. the end looks a little different than the picture, though. There is nothing connected to it at all. I don't know what should be connected to it. Is there a loose wire hanging around that I need to find?

yep, the brake fluid is low (a little above the MIN line). i noticed that earlier, but i didn't realize it would trigger the brake light.
What kind of brake fluid should I add?

Yeah, I had that same problem and one of my RX-7 buddies found it for me. Snapped that sucker on and (hiyo!) gauge works!

I drove it today and it worked! I also added brake fluid, so the brake light went out too.
