I haven't noticed this before but when stopping in traffic the oil pressure drops to about 2kg/cm2 then when starting up again it goes upto 6kg/cm2, is this normal?

 

Not much on metric conversion, but looks like 90PSI down to 30PSI at idle.

my car is doing the same thing, and no, its not normal. when the pressure goes up, it makes my car sputter a little and it doesnt seem to have much power, i am having mine checked in a few days, unless someone has a solution. but ya, it 30psi at idle and a little over 90psi when i hit the gas.

should be 2 at idle. 4 at 3000rpm. and will max out just under 6.
