does any one know if there is a retro kit to put a manual oil metering device on a motor made for an electric one? My electric one is bad and i have a good manual one. Any information that can be provided would be of great use the car has been down for 3 months now due to this problum. Thanks.

 

i don't know of any, but if you need an electrical one, let me know, i have one in good condition...

 

If you did switch the front cover and installed the mechanical OMP you would have to figure out a way to trick the ECU into knowimg the Electric O<P was still installed. Without the correct signal the ECU will go in "Limp Home Mode"
