Oil line, turbo, gasket
I am looking for the two little gaskets for the oil inlet and outlet for the turbo.
I searched Mazdatrix, but could not find anything
Can I just use black RTV? I am going to assume the turbo gets way to hot to use that stuff.
thanks

The oil outlet *needs* to have a gasket.
I found this out the hard way.
Almost everything else you can RTV, but I have never had any luck getting that blasted oil drain flange to seal (with just RTV).
I guess with so much vibration and heat, it just can't get a good enough seal!
If all else fails, get some general gasket "roll" and cut a piece to fit.
Here's a neat trick...put the gasket roll on top of the flange and gently tap the edges with a hammer - the back end of a ball peen seems to work the best, or anything similar - the gasket will shape by itself!
Good luck!
