Oil in IC

My Turbo 2 has been smoking alot and I was told it was the turbo seals, but, it smokes so much that Im thinking that its the motor.

So I just took off the hose that goes to the IC(the one after the turbo) and there is a little oil in there, enough to wet my finger with. Does this mean a bad turbo? I hope its that and not my motor. Can somebody please help me out? Thanx alot in advance!

a little bit is normal as over 10 years the turbo will spit some oil. clean the IC and pipes all out and recheck for oil in a few days. if it comes back it's the turbo.
