Exclamation oil and gas don't mix

whats up this is my first post ever on this web site and geuss what. i've got some questions

I have an 87 rx7 TII w/ 124000 miles (stock 13b)

1. some how gas keeps creeping into my oil. i found out the hard way when i lost compretion. i changed the oil and filter, took the plugs out for 24 hrs and put some wd-40 in the turbo and spark plug wholes and got compreation back. i have drove it twice (total of aprox 20 miles) and the oil is starting to smell like gas again.

2. my fuel pump seem to be dumping a ton of feul into my motor. is thier some sort of regulator that is broken or is it normal? (maybe this could have something to do w/ no. 1)

3. do u have any info on were i can get a full rebild kit for my motor?

from the maste of disaster
peace out

Welcome to the forum.
Take some time to read through the FAQ threads pinned at the top of the forum.
The Factory manuals are available on-line.
I have a copy at the link in my sig below.
Download & print whatever you need.

About your question:
The ONLY way gas can get into the oil is through a leaking fuel injector.
Read the plugs to see if one or both rotors is/are running way rich.

Most diesel injector shops can also clean & test gas injectors.

That's pretty high miles for an original turbo motor.
Is there a chance it may have already been rebuilt or swapped?

Gas in your oil? As in, it doesn't just smell like gas when you change the oil, but there is literally oil IN the gas?? Check the fuel injectors.

Fuel pressure regulator controls fuel pressure, along with the fuel pump, and size of the lines.

Mazda sells OEM seals. Rotary Aviation sells rebuild kits. There's a bunch out there. Google. Or search.

I'm sure other people will be able to answer your question on the rebuild kits, and maybe go into further depth about your fuel "problem." Which may or may not be a problem, these cars tend to run very rich, to prevent detonation.

Read the FAQ and archives, too. There's seriously a TON of information in here.

Welcome to the club!!

so far i've beat

2 escorts

Actually, its usually caused by combustion chamber blowby caused by a well worn engine.
