Oil Filter Adapter

Oil Filter Adapter
Got my AEM oil pressure gauge today and found out the Racing Beat oil filter adapter I have the holes are too close so it will not fit beside the AEM temp sensor. I don't want to cantilever the sensors out with adapters so I shopped around to see other FC adapters available and saw this below. Anyone try using this product from re-speed??
Mazda RX-2 : Oil Pedestal (Version 2)
Next candidate would be ProSport. Anyone try that adapter.

Try the one from RisingRpm.
Rising RPM - Products
note: just noticed the price..wow.
But I ordered all the stuff off them before it went UP..
Also,is it just my eyes or are the sensors the same thread but you are using an adapter on one as the hole on the pedestal is bigger.
Have you tried switching the location of the sensors?.putting the smaller one on the left(beside the adapter) then putting the bigger one on the Adapter.
It looks like it will fit.

That is interesting arrangement from Rising RPM.
I did try reversing the sensors but it becomes cantilevered out and didn't like how far the temp sensor protrude in the oil path. I think I over worry a little.
I also did a eyeball check in the engine bay and it didn't look like it would fit in my car because of nearby fuel lines, slave cylinder and hoses. I did a previous thread asking for an installed adapter / clearance and got zero replies.
I might try a 90-degree adapter but I'm not sure you'd get an accurate readings being out of direct contact with oil flow.

That RisingRpm adapter has the 2 holes that go through it so you can run fuel lines "safely" with fittings attached to the oil pedestal.
..Ok in a way but when you are doing a fuel setup that means you have to get 4 more fittings!

Holy ****, those prices are rising rising rising...
OK stupid joke, but yeah, prices went up significantly. I know it's a good product and all but...
Anyway.
Look at the RB adapter. Look where the second smaller hole is on the piece. It's a simple piece of aluminum. Just drill and re-tap/thread the hole further away (and plug that standard hole). It shouldn't compromise anything on the piece and would be easier and cheaper than buying something else.
