oil on every plug?!?

So, I am working on tuning my 87 turbo II. Microtech, 850cc secondaries, 3" dp back, stock turbo stock ports.
bur7 and bur9eq's.
Tuning it I noticed that the idle died and was reading lean as hell. So I checked the plugs and they were black to the point they looked fouled. I changed the plugs and it ran fine for about a day and a half.
New plugs look just as the old ones did now.

So I replaced one more time thinking they fouled from running rich or maybe a little oil. This time I also changed the oil as it had flooded a month back or so.

I fire her up and she sounds like she is missing still, so I pull the plugs and all four look nice save for the oil buildup on EVERY PLUG.

One rotor's plugs I could see, but both rotors trailing and leading.
I have yet to rebuild any rotary, but have rebuilt many piston motors.
Oil control rings on both rotors? Something else?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
dave

ok been trying to edit my post for about ten minutes now, everytime it doesnt work.

Just to clarify, there is oil on all four plugs, and that to me seems really excessive.

how many miles are on the engine?
my friend had a simular problem on an na with an aftermarket turbo that had about 165,000 miles on it. with his the seals in the motor started to go and it got to the point were the car wouldnt start from so much oil on the plugs, it might be time for a rebuild

supposedly, ~45k mi
it's defintely misfiring and drenching the plugs in oil in a matter of seconds.

Does it smoke a lot? Have you checked the oil metering pump? Maybe it is injecting too much oil... Just one more thing to check before rebuilding...

or if you are premixing, how much oil per gallon of fuel are you mixing?

AGRT - it doesn't smoke a lot, if I can find my camera I'll take pics and video. its like a steady puff from a regular misfire out the back, if I rev it up, it smokes to high heaven.
OMP being busted did cross my mind though, is there an easy way to test the omp? I have yet to deal with the omp at all really, so it's all foreign territory to me, but I'm more than willing to jump in.

Karack - yes I am premixing a half bottle to every fillup, although I only run her down to just above 1/4 tank at worst.

disabled the mop rod and fired her up, idle for a minute or two, pull plugs, oil on every one again. is there any chance the mop pump itself could still be dumping oil without the linkage connected?

Serve a great selection...
The only thing I can recommend is that you do a compression test... AND BE REAL ABOUT IT.!

2 ways oil can get into the engine and onto the spark plugs,

premixing/OMP too much oil

or

oil control rings
