oil drain plug from hell !!!!!!!!

ok so i have a problem. first off i have a nice oil pan from pineapple racing. for those of you not familar with the oil pan from pineapple the drain pulgs are not hex bolt. they are allen type. so while doing a oil change i manage to srtip the allen hole. i then decide to use a bolt extractor which is the type that you drill into the bolt and the hammer the extractor in and then turn the extractor. so now i drilled throgh the bolt hammer in the extractor and just my luck the frickin extractor breaks. now does anyone have any idea on how i should remove the drain plug ??? im losing my mind and dont know what to do. thanks for reading.

Drill a bigger hole then use a bigger extractor? If the bolt protrudes like the stock one you can aleso use a socket type extractor.

If these don't work then try the last resort, drill bigger holes through the plug untill there is so little metal left that you can remove it by hand. Just make sure to center the first hole correctly and watch out for the threads.

Plug is most likely steel, or some kinda iron...
Weld something onto the plug (you cannot weld steel / iron to aluminum) - i.e. another bolt - and then remove.
Pick the biggest bolt you can fit for strength.
The welding process also induces heat into the stuck fastener, so this should help it loosen.

or, you can take a vice-grip and grab whatever you can and start going to town, if that doesnt work, then like rb_eater suggested, tap out the middle of the bolt till you can take whatever you can out by hand. did that with a rotor-cap skrew off the brake discs. it worked!

peace

The pan itself is aluminium, don't know about the plug.

Once you do get it out, assuming the Pineapple plug is the same size as the stock plug, you can replace it with a Fumoto oil drain valve and never need to worry about this problem again.
