Oil Cooler and power steering

I just ran into a problem with my 88 GLX Iether my oil cooler or the 2 lines are cracked, does anyone know where i can get a new oil cooler and lines for cheap or a cheaper alternative most places on the internet that i looked they are going for about 200 for the lines and more for the cooler itself and i cant tell wether its the cooler or the lines so im looking to replace both, also to get to the longer line it looks like i might have to take out my power steering and maybe air conditioning , would it be practical to remove the power steering would it effect bearings or anything else and would i still be able to move the wheel when not moving?

EDIT:
Im also looking to replace my fan does anyone have any recomendations for an electric fan do any fans from other cars directly bolt on , if not what fans from where should i look at?

Around here there are shops that will replace the rubber part of the lines, anywhere that deals with hydraulic hoses is worth a try, usually you can get some stainless hose instead of the normal rubber for a lot less than the Mazdatrix ones. I removed my power steering and its not too bad, I went the lazy way and just put bolts where the lines were. It works for me, but you should really depower the rack. As far electric fan there is a thread going right now that lists a ton of them and the CFM and amp draw, just search for it
