oil cooler line nad p/s

My front oil cooler line (one on front cover) is leaking since I put the motor in. How exactly do you tighten that banjo bolt, as in which part to you hold steady and which part do you tighten? Hold the nut clostest to the engine block and turn the other, or vise versa. Any help appreciated.

Also...does anyone have a link to a write-up on removing the power steering pump and looping hte lines on the rack...one that has actually been performed and worked. Searching just leads to several responses that dont seem to assuring.

Take ps pump off and remove all the lines. Then turn the wheel lock to lock a few times to get out most of the fluid. Plug any open holes and have fun.

get some new crush washers and that sould cure the leaking I don't think that it is a tightening problem. The washers probably failed.

dr0x...what do you reccomend to plug the lines with? I've had people say to loops some lines together or something?? So you remove all the lines leading to the rack...and there wil be some open lines that are on the rack itself...and you just plug those correct?

New crush washers sound like that could be the problem...thanks.
