oil cooler line crush washer q

At the oil cooler line connection at the front cover, are there two crush washers or just one?

There is one washer only and it goes between the adapter and the housing. The only time you use two is when you have a banjo fitting, where you'd have one washer on each side of the banjo.

So the connection goes front cover > washer > adapter > oil cooler line fastener > oil cooler line?

Yes that's correct. It's an aluminum washer by the way.
