Oil cooler bolts
So I have put my new SS Oil cooler lines on and as I was doing so, I was thinking about how hard I need tighten the bolts. Don't the banjo bolts need to align so that the hole is aligned with the oil cooler line...? I'm guessing so, and if so, how do I make sure there aligned?

just tighten them on....the torque req'd to seal the crush washers is in the FSM. (IIRC 20-25ish ft/lbs)
The oil will flow regardless of which way the hole is pointed, since the shaft around the hole isn't sealed against anything.......only the outer edges of the "banjo" (non-bolt) portion actually seal. The oil will fill that chamber between the seals and then find the hole itself.....

Thanks guys...Also for the line that goes to the front of the engine...is there supposed to be a washer between the 21 mm and the 25 mm attachment of the line...there seems to be a tiny space and I can't get it any tighter...I'm really excited to finally possibly have my car back..

The sealing is done by a flare from the pipe adaptor fitting. Just tighten it up (there should be a gap), and you're good to go.
