Running "DAMM good" is subjective.

I wouldn't consider any motor with oil mixed into the coolant to be running "DAMM good". I would consider that DAMM BAD.

People buy 15+ year old cars, and these 15 year old sports cars have more power than the K car they had before and think that it is DAMM powerful, when its probably only making 75% of the power it did new.

what I meant was the pull and feel of the engine. If it pulls strong and has oil in the coolant then is it blown?

One or more of the coolant seals are. One way to look at it is if you had a piston engine car and had oil in the coolant due to a blown head gasket, would you continue to drive it? Probably not a good idea. Same applies here.I'd plan for a rebuild in the near future.
