Question oil change question?????

i drained my old oil, capped it, put a new filter on, then put 6 qts in my car (91 n/a) just like the manual says, but when i turned the car on, the oil level was a little high, and my oil pressure was acting really weird, would this be caused by too much oil, or me using a K&N oil filter? was i supposed to put 6 qts in? any quick way to get rid of oil other than draining it and putting new oil back in?

Dude, man. SIX quarts....nah bro it takes six English Pints. Just crack the drain plug and let some of it run out.
