Vermont doesnt have too many rx7's in the junkyards anymore. They are rare here, I only see like 6 total around here.

can't tell if it's a good deal or not from those pictures... is it cracked anywhere? They like to crack on the sides where they mount...

Its not crack, the guy said it was invery good condition, says mazda under it and also has the mount bolts with it. When I receive it on the 17th I will take more pics. What I meant was Ive only seen like 4 or five 7's driving around here. I know 3 of the guys that own them. 1 turbo, 1 vert and 2 including mine of the gxls. I seen 1 for sale.

Let me know if you (or anyone!) needs the plugs for the end screws, picked up 2 new ones last year from my local dealer. Wound up using the S4 sport package spoiler.

Ive only found 1 yard in town with RX7's. I lucked out and there were 2 FC's and 2 FB's. One of the FC's is auto, but meh, they are all in pretty good shape.

This is so funny because i got a guy who lives down the street and has a 87 gxl thats been sitting for like 5yrs. anyways I noticed that it had the s4 spoiler the one that just fits the contour and much smaller than the s5 spoiler. So i thought it would look good on my vert. Go up to the guy ask him how much he wants for the thing and he says ''nothin man take it''.

So now i put it on my vert and it looks awesome and not ricerama. So just a hint to all vert owners if you were considering a small oem spoiler.

This is what I have on my car now(vert spoiler).............does anyone know if the holes are the same on the vert spoilers as the OEM one that Ive purchased? the vert spoilers just have the bolts through the top. I bought the OEM spoiler due to that it will look better with my BMagic kit I have for my car.

Agreed, I left if black, think it looks good since the '88 has black mouldings anyway.

Only problem was getting to the underside of the lid to mount, I used a hole saw and used some door edge moulding on the holes to make it look a little more finished.
