they are turbo parts like they said top is manual boost controller and bottom is bov

1.Crappy bleeder style boost controller
2. Vacuum reference for the blowoff valve(needs to be hooked up to vac line to make bov actually function)

Thanks guys. I thought the top one was the summer air/winter air control **** for the tires and the bottom has to part of the flux capacitor system.

BUT, I could be wrong.

Then again..... the top one may well me the intermix level control for the warp drive.
