He's in Vienna... Austria. I'd be willing to bet that English is not his first language.

I think he's talking about that woodruff key and that it won't slide the whole way back and be flush with the e-shaft nose.
By "cam" i believe he's referring to that key."

Did you engage the clutch before removing the main bolt and pully from the eccentric shaft? if you did not apply pressure to the shaft that way, you MAY have caused the stack of washers and bearings that ride in the timing cover to fall, and that may be the reason you cannot return the key to the slot all the way. You will have to remove the timing cover and reset everything if those washers and bearings have fallen. Sorry if it happened, as if it has and you DONT fix it, you will eat up the bearings and very well screw that motor soon.

thats right, i am from austria and my english ist not good...

i would try to tell you what happend.

I have bought new ripe ones to myself. To attach I have taken away the old ones. i put out the woodruff key. i does not know why I this has acted, was only curious. then I wanted to give him again in, nevertheless, there was problem. then I have turned the engine around 180 grad (half round) and there it went in again. what should I do now? does it fit again or should dismantle ?

please try it in easy one English because mine is very bad. Thanks a lot

if u cant get ur keyway back into the crankshaft then the key is hitting the crank angle sensor drive gear behind the cover only reason i know is my key came out with the crank pulley and i had to pull the front cover and put the key back in to the oil pump gear and the crank angle sensor drive gear

if it goes completely in ( woodruff key in crankshaft) then it is also right, or if it fits with the cotakers also in a wrong position

You're going to want to pull of the front cover and realign the needle bearings and spacer. The key acutally has to fit throught the CAS drive gear, the Oil Pump Gear and the Counter Weight. Bummer.
