The top edge of that port needs to have a more rounded edge. Did you enlarge the runner at all? At the very least stick the bit in a drill for a slower speed and clean up all the casting flash. I really hope that is going to be a race engine because that is some duration you have there. lol.

the saddest part of all isnt the crappy porting but the fact the guy built this motor, drove it for 500 miles and then pulled it out and sold it as probably "a high horsepower big port motor with fresh rebuild" and totally screwed the kid over. what a dipshit asshat
