probably around $2500 depending on the interior/exterior condition. that is what i would expect to get for it if i was selling it. there is no mention of an engine rebuild or maintenance so i will assume it is the original motor and has been maintained regularly.

The engine is the main reason for a low offer. 124 is near it's demise for a 13bt. NOt to mention the turbo probably needs rebuilding as well.

 

mine lasted to 131k on original motor!~!!! so yes, you're very near a motor. I've heard of t2s going to 200k on original motor but the car was not driven like a t2 should be.
Start saving up for new housings and a full mazda rebuild kit. You'll be glad when you do.

I was almost happy when I popped my motor. Its about 3 months later and this weekend I'm getting new housings and rotors/plates/e-shaft to my engine builder to be clearanced/ported etc etc. Gonna give him the rebuild kit in a couple weeks and then buy clutch and flywheel and injectors so that will give you good time to get it built :-D

It works both ways I'll give you 500 bucks, motor has low Compression and burns coolant.

 

sorry about that post guys...i got in a big fight with my girlfriend and she is getting all mad about how i spend all my money on the 7...im not gonna sell it...i decided that if my girlfriend wants me to spend more money on her then she is too materialistic...and not worth it...

hahahaha... I had this conversation with my girlfriend as well... selling both 7's in NOT an option... haha. She seems to much more supportive and understanding, however. She's a keeper, I think.

I spend money on her too, though. She's particularly proud of her green Christmas ring... hahaha.

Oh, about your car... maybe $3000 on a good day. But like everybody has said, it's probably near a rebuild. And just think of all the money you're saving by not financing that new RX-8 or Mazdaspeed MX-5 : ) I paid more for mine, but I think it was a moment of weakness... I love it though.

Thats the way it should be too. When your woman leaves you, you still have your car. Plus, your world should not revolve around a person. Continually cultivate your own outside interests. Don't push aside everything you like to do just because your G/F says so.

Enjoy other hobbies, spend time with friends and family, and pursue your own career goals. If she knows that she is an absolutely essential part of your life, the power shifts her way. On the other hand, if she knows that she is just one element in a happy, full life, her significance is weakened, and the power slides back your way.

you are definately going to get a lot less from people on the forums than from craiglist or an autotrader ad
