Not boosting

Hi, I have a 89 turbo2 and since I removed the emissions stuff I can't make it run like before. The car won't go into boost and when I try it misfires badly.
When I start the engine I can hold idle. When I check the plugs the front ones are dry but coloured black and the rear ones are wet. As long as i stay in vacuum I can rev the engine up to 5000rpm. Can someone help me.

Also did the engine check but the led stays on. Also is it normal that there's short circuit between the engine control unit (1F) terminal and the DCC1 from the check connector (GReen:6-pin)?

Tried another thing today.First I looked if my injectors were leaking so I took the fuelrails off and connected the yellow check plug. No leaking but my pulsation damper was pulsating, then I swapped the primary and secondary injectors and tried the same, no leaking but the pulsation damper doesn't pulsate it stays open I can hear the fuel flowing trough the fuel system. I put everthing back like this and now the engine won't start. What could be the problem?
