Is there not enough of the bolt left to get a set of vice grips around ? If not then your gonna have to drill it out. It is possible to drill it out without damaging the threads to much but difficult.

you really dont need it, the UIM and LIM will still seal fine. My silver 7 came with stripped out threads so I dont even bother using that bolt. Still works fine

To get it out, get a scew extractor set (aka easy out) the right size drill bit, and some skillz. Its not hard to do.

Is this the bolt in the center of the UIM, where it connects to the LIM? If you snapped the head off while tightening it down, just take the UIM back off and youll have 1" or so of the shaft still there, and back it out with a pair of vise grips.

Don't sweat it. So long as the UIM sits down properly on the LIM, and the othe 4 bolts are nice and tight, youll have no issues. IF you are worried, use a little extra sealant on the top side of the gasket to take up any room that you feel may be left.
