NOOO it's slow

Hey all, i have an 89 GTUs and it just started acting up. as i accelerate, my power cuts out at around 4-5k it will still rev out but there is no power there. The car has no mods and 116k miles. I'm not sure where to start, is it bad gas, dirty injectors, maybe my cats went bad.. everything else is fine, 750 rpm idle and car is normal up to 4k. any suggestions?

i dont know crap but i read last night that the 5'th and 6th ports open after about 4k rpm and give a 25hp boost maybe they aren't working?

(dont hold me to that im not sure)

Could be your cats are clogged. If your cats are clogged, check to make sure your airpump is flowing air into your SAP. Cause clogged cats can sometimes be caused by a malfunctioning airpump, would then mean your 6-ports and VDI are opening either. Just some ideas...
