Hey all. I had a '90 about 8 years ago. Sold it because I was worried that the engine would fail and I knew nothing about rotary's. I now know how stupid I was and regret it every day since.

But, I'm picking up a '86 on Saturday. So I'm pretty happy about getting back in the game and knowing more about it.

Can someone tell me what some of these terms are though on this forum? N/A, S5 I thought I saw, among many of the other terms that I don't understand.

Is there a rotary glossary around this joint that can fill me in on some of the lingo?

Also, is there a how-to section of this forum or another site with one?

 

The FAQ on the top of the forum is pretty sweet and covers alot of stuff. I don't even have a rotory yet, but thanks to alot of the stuff I've read here I'm pretty confident that I can maintain one very well. I'm aching for a 13b rebuild down the road.
