Noob needs help with safety

Hello all,
I need to know what happens if I take my Fc to redline? My mods are minimal, intake and exhuast plus fuel cut. Any help would be appriciated, Thanks!

If the car is in good condition and in tune... nothing.

and why do I need to take the fuel cut off? I thought this was to keep the fuel going so it wouldn't cut out the fuel from the rotor?

It will prevent fuel cut off to the rear rotor but it does this by tricking the computer making it think it is only seeing lower boost preventing the "fuel cut" so running more boost via a bigger exhaust causes some issues.... I ran my Seven with a walbro 255 high pressure and it ran fine at 10psi that I saw from my RB turbo back on the dyno it was low 11:1's but before the fuel pump and it as 12.6:1 =uber scary.

And Spimp, redline it as often as you like. If your car is in good working order, she will like the fact you give her a chance to please you.

PEACE THE DOG

well theres a new problem now! i was hitting it one da and what happens the car starts to sputter and then all of a sudden i can't get the car over 100 and now the car won't even hold idle. it seems as though something is clogged. you might say its the pump but i've dropped two walbros in because i thought the first one was faulty. when i put my foot on the gas i can keep it running but as soon as i let off it dies. i'm pretty sure its something small because the engine still revs good and i don't here anything knocking or anything funny like that. its just that when i drove around the block i heard the turbo pushing air very loudly (like a hair dryer) over the exhaust noise. can anybody help?

Problem solved! The hose attached in between the turbo and pipe running to the intercooler was melted. I forgot that a friend gave the old hose from his eclipse to help with the install of the blowoff valve was a temporary fix. At any rate though the car is running great!

Thread cleaned up. Grow up children, you should know better by now.

BTW, if a few people had hit the "Report This Post" instead of making comments, I would have seen this earlier.
