seems to be only a automatic transmission problem. I couldn't find ANYTHING as far as manuals and this inhibitor switch go. Decided to take a glance a little further and what the hell do you know I found it. If you want me to retype anything because you can't read it, just ask.

Well, I've raced a Mk 4 TII and he was barely pulling on me. You'd be surprised what a heavy breathing 13B with 4.30 gearing will and can do.
I'm sure you can resurrect the TII to greatness, with daily, weekly, monthly infusions of cash. *wink*
My unbiased NA Freak opinion would be that you'd be better off with a MK V NA model, GXL, GTU, or if you're blessed like me: a GTUs. Yep, it's not going to be as fast, but it's easy on the wallet. Repairs AND insurance.
