as mentioned ,, JDM/aus .. and the US t2 s4 engines have opposite direction fuel rail setup..having them back to front will make an engine that starts ,, then stalls
be sure the return to the tank is coming from the fuel rail that has the reg on it.. the reg is the thing that looks like the dampner.. but has an extra nipple for vacuum

My fuel lines are not crossed fellas, I modified my lines as such:

that's why I was asking if the return line is from the filter or not. Anyways, I do have the fuel coming in from the filter so I'm good there and the pressure is on point. So my only guess now is the injectors them selves, clogged I'm guessing.

It takes but two minutes to swap the two fuel lines at the engine and then start the car. See the remark by BUMPSTART and numerous other similar threads I and others have answered that ape your thread. The fuel lines need to be uncrossed.
The AFM is not a player during the START phase. It can be unplugged on a functioning car and the car will start but not keep running after 500 rpms has been attained.

Okay, pulled the upper intake and found out my injectors are dead. I thought I could hear them click but it turns out the clicking was from the Lead coil. Anyway, my secondaries work but the primary are frozen closed.
Question: Do all I need to do is have them Cleaned and flow tested or are these junk now?

Odd having four frozen injectors, two spares and two that were in the primarys position. I've probably ten to fifteen old injectors sitting in a plastic container now used for years and they all have action from their solenoids the last time I checked them.
You spin the CAS by hand with key ON only and they don't click? And have power to one wire of each injector connector and know the other wire on the injectors electrical plug is actually going to the small plug on the ECU?
I'd put the primary electrical plugs on the secondary injectors.........key ON only.........spin the CAS by hand and see if those click. But you've probably already done that. Oh well.

Hailers2: I bought a set of four off a forum member, all four are frozen. I tried my old LOW IMP. 550's and hear them click when I spin the CAS w/ key to ON. So I know it sounds like BS, especially since I tried all four and yes all four are frozen. I don't have any shorts to ground or anything of the sort. Just need to get working PRI's injectors in and she will start. And as for your suggestion, that is exactly what I did to verify my SEC's are working. Thanks again fellas, your guys rock!
