No spark! Checked everything.. I'm stumped.

Well the black 7 would not start last week. Took my timing light out and went to check for spark, nothing. So I took off a wire and put an old plug in it and tried grounding it out. No spark. So I tested the coils, they are good. They are getting 12v. So I checked the continuity of the signal wire from the ecu to the coils, checked out. So then I checked the cas, its within spec. So I checked the continuity of the wires from the cas to the ecu. They are contiunous. Then I checked to see if the cas was getting its signal to the ecu and if it changed when I turned the cas. Yes, those both checked out. Then I checked to see if the ecu had power, yes. I wasn't too specific, but 1 wire had power from the Front harness to the ecu. So then I swapped the n333 ecu with an n332(87t2) ecu. Still nothing.

Then I remember I could not hear the fuel pump priming when the car is turned to on, or when I tried priming it. But earling in the week when I tried to start it fuel was spraying from the front rotor secondary fuel injector where it seats at the fuel rail. Aftering inspection the fuel rail for debris or scratches and putting on another new o-ring, it still leaked. Tried and tried, no go. Then one day I swapped injectors from side to side and it just stopped. . Anyhow, now I checked the injectors for power, NOTHING. My fsm is for a damn 87 n/a( which has the injector resistor pack because of its low imp injectors) and by the time I got on the net to find the high impedance injector wiring setup it was too late and Im just STUMPED.

And yes I have checked all the fuses, and remove the ones under the hood to check them for power. I recieved this car without a wiring harness and it ran fine before it had a small engine fire. All the grounds are good and have been cleaned up too. I will be adding some more shortly.

you check the CAS?, when I had no spark it was cause I had a faulty CAS.

Go back to you LEAD coil assy and pull the small, white, two socket connnector apart. Do you have 12v on the black/yellow wire????

That same black/yellow wire supplies power to one wire on each injector. So that puzzles me as to why you don't have 12c on each injector wire (BY wire).

The online schematic shows a connector called FEM-02 that could be broken/open and that would explain why 12v on the coils but not on the injector wires.

FEM02, is a thirteen wire connector between the F and the EMissions harness. Probably in the passengers foot well to the top/far forward/right. Look for a BLACK/YELLOW wire. and see if it's hot when the key is to ON.

Actually....the above might troubleshoot the lack of 12v on the fuel injectors....but not the lack of spark. Lack of spark would make you want to look for the 12v on the black/yellow wire at the LEAD or TRAIL coil assy's. No 12v? Then check the MAIN RELAy for 12v on the Black/Green wire that feeds the MainRelay.

What feeds the Black/Green is the 40a fuse in the engine bay.

Or...the MainRelay isn't being pulled in...which means the 15a ENGINE fuse in the inside of the car is busted.

All the above is good????? Then turn the key to ON and check for approx 4.5 volts on the brown/white wire at the boost/pressure sensor. No 4.5volts? UGGGGGGH! Not a pretty sight if the small plug on the ECU has 12v on pins 3I and 3J. Read toasted ref voltage signal in the ECU for reasons unknown. Probably a shorted brown/white wire somewhere.

I will get on that hailers!
Cas is good and is giving the signal to the ecu fc3seeker.
Coils have 12v! I know which plug you are talking about hailers between F and E harness, that gives 12v power to inj, that is plugged in. All fuses are good. I will check the rest of the stuff you mentioned and post. Thxs
