No secondaries firing?

Took my car to the dyno to get it tuned some, we discovered the secondary injectors might not be firing. I took the UIM and IC off, checked all the wiring and connections, everything looks perfectly fine. I'm wondering how I can test the secondary injectors. Also wondering if I should just take the chance that they're not working (don't know the history of them before i put them on my car, really) and just buy some RC 1000cc injectors, and see if they fix the problem.

I just went and meter'd the electrical plugs going into both injectors, both getting full power from. I was thinking maybe there was some problem with the wiring from the haltech, but obviously not. Any advice would be nice.

Try applying 12v to each injector and seeing they they actually click (fire) or not.

"Might not be" is a bit vague. If you can rev the engine over 3800rpm under load, they're firing. If you can't, they aren't. Assuming you drove the car to the dyno and didn't notice this on the way, the secondaries are working okay. What symptoms made you think they weren't?
