ok so i was messin with the oil filter today tryin to get to the o-rings. and my stupid *** turned the bolts the wrong way. which i was like dam i'm a dumbass. i think i stripped them i hope they turn though. but anyway i went to the mall and my oil pressure gauge didnt move at all. stayed at zero. anyone know what i did?

 

It sounds like the lead wire to the oil sending unit has came off. The oil sending unit is right under the oil filter base.
