Disassemble and clean all the contacts in the DRIVERS side power window assembly. It will work like new.

Do the 1989-1994 mpv switches work in the RX7 1988 Turbo II Do they fit flush with the door panel??? Also How do you recommend cleaning the connections? THanks

I used nail polish remover, worked perfectly.

Ill chime in here:

I have the same issue with my pax window on my 86gxl. Haven't delved into the issue yet, however did do a continuity test on the switch and found it to be good, leading me to believe it is most likely the power window motor.

Let us know what you find out, it'll def save me some trouble shooting!

You have to clean the connections inside the actual switch box. There are 2 screws holding those metal clips onto the box, they also hold the box together. Take those out and slowly open the box, you'll see what you need to clean after that

Like I said before, nail polish remover or some other alcohol type solution. I guess you could try carb. cleaner too, but I wouldn't spray it directly on the box, that stuff will eat through anything.
