Unless you want a jackhammer under your hood, you'll need both front and rear counter weights. As for hi comp rotors in a Tii block...unless your able to tune for the added compression, then don't bother.

I'm really hating touchscreen phones. Part of that message didn't type. "if you can tune for the added compression go for it, if not then don't bother.
